I know a couple of Germans. They are always a bit annoyed that although they feel superior to us, they got their collective asses kicked in WWII. It's still sticking in their craw.
I often wonder why they care so much what we do? We surely don't care who is running things in Germany or France these days. Most Americans don't give a rat's ass what goes on over there.
I know, they're all blissfully ignorant while the Europeans are all so worldly. Whatever.
Don't get me wrong. It's great over there, I wish I could visit more often.

Dr. Paul is the only one who's sane, but also only partly. He's great on foreign policy, but woefully dogmatic on monetary policy and small government. He doesn't recognize that the government is the only instrument that can stand in the way of insidious corporate power increase. He would deregulate government too and middle class will be royally screwed.
