I was heading down to SFO yearterday and decided to take a look, it's been on and off the market since 2009. Great neighborhood, great views. 10 unusable steep acres the will be a pain to maintain that are also an extreme fire hazard. VERY windy, the exterior siding showed wear, the deck needs replacement and the roof needs to be looked at. The floor plan looked lousy from the outside, I couldn't get in because it had a combination lockbox (owned by the listing agent, no combo mentioned on the MLS) rather than the standard BAREIS lockbox. It looked like someone had spilled coffee on the tiles in several places. The listing agent is the son of the owner and the commission is 2% to the selling office...this place is listed but it is not really for sale.
