So, I came across this post on Facebook

"So PNB Rock is in trouble for messing with this 15 y/o girl who lied about her age. Women are bashing this man, saying he should have known. First of all, ima need women to start taking responsibility for their actions. This little girl presents herself like an adult. Partying in clubs with adults and lying about her age. It's not a mans responsibility to interrogate you about your age especially when it's seen as disrespectful to even ask a woman her age. "Stay in a kids place" is something I used to hear all too often growing up. It seems like today's parents don't teach that principle anymore. As a parent, if you think this behavior is cute, you are part of the problem. I wish my daughter would come out her room dressed like this talking bout some "I'm going out" sheeeeeeeeeeeiiiiittttttt. Stop making it the mans fault for not knowing when these girls are exercising every option to make themselves look of age. I hate a pedophile/rapist/molester and all that so I'm not defending the behavior. But a child carrying herself like this is unacceptable idgaf what anybody says. Her young ass need to be watching KC undercover, not sneaking in VIPs tryna be a groupie. Parents we gotta do better."

In too many jurisdictions including American states, meeting someone in a 21+ bar is legally the same as meeting in a school playground. The prison-industrial complex takes advantage of Puritan "morals" to punish both as if they were the same, maximizing spending, instead of limiting state resources to prosecuting predatory behavior. Reasonable belief, e.g. someone showed ID and got into a 21+ club, should be a defense in every state.
