Whenever the police kill an unarmed man, the media portrays the story as the police killed a BLACK man.

Whenever the government wants to outlaw protesting, reporters frame the story as LEFTIST protesters are violent so protesting must be outlawed.

Whenever the government wants to control the press, the elites frame the story as LIBERAL reporters are biased so the media must be shut down.

Whenever the government wants to ban guns, the media reports the story as MUSLIMS are dangerous so guns must be outlawed.

Whenever our overlords want to close the borders, the news reports the story as ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS are dangerous so a wall must be built.

You have a point, although I disagree with some of your specific points. The point being that in order to take away people's rights and freedoms, a scapegoat and a double standard are both very useful.

You state the title of this thread as though it is a truth.
