* The media and the rest of the top 20% are pushing a narrative which is obviously false to the bottom 80%. Example: "Globalization is wonderful" while 100 million people are unemployed or under-employed in the US as a direct result of globalization.
100 million are unemployed as a direct result of Globalization lulz
And here i thought it was mostly just uneducated dipshits with nothing to offer the labor pool aside from standing around watching a machine operate, were displaced by technology. Rather than retraining and innovating, they turn to Christianity, Republicans and meth and opiates.

This guy makes some very good points, though he could have done it just as well in 10 minutes as 22 minutes.

* As the mainstream media narrative becomes ever more unhinged from reality, the credibility of the mainstream media plummets.
* When people see for themselves that they cannot get reliable and relevant news from the MSM anymore, they fall for conspiracy theories.
* This leads to revolution.
I'm not so sure about the revolution bit, but I am sure that the NY Times, NPR, WaPo, etc are simply ignoring important news which is not in their interest (eg, the harms of globalization) in favor of false and/or irrelevant news with supports their ideology (that transsexuals are significant, that Western democracies are bad, that everyone who disagrees is a racist and sexist Nazi, etc).
We need alternate media to point out the big stories that are being ignored, while documenting that well over half of the "news" stories in the MSM are simply propaganda which psychologically justifies the globalist devastation of the "racist and sexist" bottom 80%.
