#kremlindrone attack We have an event that has captured the attention of the entire world. Two drones exploded over the Kremlin very early in the morning. I am honored to have Denys Davydov as one of our readers. He gave a briefing on this attack that I think is the very best.
I listened to Deny's briefing three times to make sure that I got all details. I listened to five other media resources and their reports on the attack including appearances by retired generals, etc.
Let us go back over 80 years to early 1942. The US had just suffered the humiliation of the attack on Pearl Harbor. The morale of the American people was at an all-time low. General James Doolittle came up with a daring and brilliant idea for an attack on Tokyo. B-25 bombers would be placed on the aircraft carrier USS Hornet. They would be transported close to Japan and launched an attack on Tokyo. Despite the aircraft carrier being detected by a Japanese fishing boat, the attack worked. It became the basis of the book and later movie "Thirty Seconds Over Tokyo." The attack did negligible damage in Tokyo. It did wonders for the morale of the American people. It shook up the Japanese people profoundly.
Let us do some detective work here. We had some unpleasant recent Russian attacks killing numerous civilians in Ukraine. Ukraine launched drones that hit major oil storage facilities at the Russian naval base in Sebastopol. There was another Ukrainian attack on another large oil storage facility near the Karge Bridge connecting Crimea to Russia. This attack caused a large number of Russian people to flee Crimea.
May 9 is a big day for Russians. It will be the celebration of the 78-year anniversary of Russia's victory over Nazi Germany. Each year there is a huge parade in Red Square to commemorate this event. Some Ukrainian bankers have offered a $500,000 US reward to anyone who launches a drone attack on Red Square during this celebration.
Was this attack on the Kremlin a Russian "False Flag" attack like the attack launched in the Gulf of Tonkin against a US destroyer in 1964? I think not. It would enrage Russian public opinion and also make the Russians look foolish.
Russia has a strong radar air defense system, especially around the Moscow area. I doubt that the drones were launched from Ukraine. One way or another they would have been detected and shot down. Either Ukrainian special forces or anti-Putin dissidents smuggled the drones into Russia and launched them at a short range.
It is interesting that President Zelenskky was traveling outside of Ukraine when the attack happened. He denies the whole thing. I am sure that he is privately smiling and laughing.
The Russians are on very high alert and deeply fearful of what will happen on May 9 in Red Square. Be watching the skies on that day. A big surprise could be coming to Moscow.

I'm waiting for the 'news reports' that blames Putin for the drone 'attack' as a means to 'excuse more Putin brutality in Ukraine.'

Never forget the thoroughly corrupt corporate media whores that told us the whopper story that it was Russia that blew up their own pipelines.

(The Idiot in the back raising his hands to ask a stupid question)

Yo how cumz Putin keeps bombing apartment buildings of pro separatists, but never launches an attack on Kiev or takes out any strategic Ukraine military targets? Either Putin is an idiot, or anyone believing Putin is bombing the folks pulling for him too win, are Idiots. I don't know...

Things must really be dire for us in Ukraine and the sanctions must be hurting us more than Russia as they say for the US to back something so desperate. I know its they said I said debate on whether we backed it, but the Russians have been more right lately than we have been.

Putins goal was never to take back Ukraine as it would be a nightmare Afghanistan on their hands. They are strategically taking areas of Ukraine where the population is Russian speaking and favorable to Russia. Also this just happens to be the bread and butter of Ukraines economy as well. And they could eventually land lock Ukraine making them a notable worthless country.

Expand: how are the sanctions on a tiny economy with which we never had any significant trade are "hurting us"?

There is no shortage of bears, cheap vodka and even cheaper whores anywhere in the US, as far as I can tell.
