Slaves were doing manual labor, weren't they? How did they manage to not get strong from hauling water, hoeing soil and laying bricks?

If I were a slave and could only get laid by a brick, I'd probably jump on it.

So hoeing didn't pique your interests? You're slipping....

I always use lots of KY, so I should slip.

@Patrick, have you been following the Dr. Andrew Huberman fiasco?

I don't listen, but he's a popular podcaster who talks about the need for sunshine, getting your feet on grass or ground or sand, eating real food, avoiding alcohol, the need for healthy levels of hormones (ie 250 T for a 30-40 year old man creates problems, it's not okay as the Med Prof insists) the side effects of Rx and how common drugs for old problems can create new problems.

NY Mag published a hitpiece basically saying he's a BADMAN for dating 6 women, some of them allegedly simultaneously.

That's it. Not that his research is bad, or he misrepesented something or is sloppy. That he's in his 40s and dating multiple women as a single man.

Thanks @AmericanKulak I had not but will look him up.

Seems likely that the researcher who thinks he is a BADMAN is a frustrated older single woman.

Yep! And she did the whole Tay Tay Lorenz fake, calling up all his family, friends, and colleagues on the pretense of trying to promote him, when she was really fishing for personal information for a smear.

I stumbled into the subject on this great show:
