You mean all those doctors and journals we trusted so much during Covid are doing statistical testimonials now? Data harvesting can be fun and profitable, especially when you know your sponsor's desired results.

Coffee has been studied forever. Also the covid studies clearly showed that covid was harmless and the toxxine dangerous, the drug mafia relies successfully on the npcs not being able to read/parse them. Almost every study done associates Coffee with longevity, given its many antioxidants and other ingredients it makes sense. No need to sponsor a study for a substance so delicious to many they would drink it either way.

I can only do spiked coffee. The upper with caffeine, the downer in alcohol levels it out. Only on vacation do I do that. Straight coffee and I can't hold a no cap mug without spilling it. Used to pound a gallon of coffee daily. Still have it here and there, usually black and not spiked.

If you can get away with it, naps are king over caffeine. If you're tired, just sleep. Easier said than done of course with work.
