Low end REOs are acutally up...but in total they are down. We'll see what happens in the following months.

The house across the street has been abandoned and empty for 2 years. It has yet to be foreclosed on. This is not uncommon here in many areas of Contra Costa and Alameda County.
Until this changes, statistics are meaningless.
