A couple years ago I looked at several of these 'lofts'. I was working in downtown SJ and so the location worked for me. The RE agent was so arrogant - these were 'asking' close to $600,000 at that time (2005-2006)  and when I said it was too much she basically acted like I was an idiot - 'it will be worth $800,000 in no time'.
Now asking below 2004 sales price.  Who's the idiot now? $275,oo would be reasonable. One car space parking, no garage or even covered parking.  A tiny little 'porch'. I like the brick but only the end units have much of it.
