Patrick might have other ways for you, but if you "befriend" someone and they accept, their email shows up on the post.

yea - all you have to do is "friend" 'em.

You can see their email if they accept your befriend request. Of course, they can see yours.

BTW, what's gonna happen if I change my email address?

If you change it on the site as your email contact, it'll show your new address.
