Don't we all like stories about people who are thought to be meek and willing to accept endless abuse, who turn out to have suprising strength, and fight back in an over the top way ? All abusive men need to read the story.

I live on the central coast California were house prices have jumped up extremely fast in the past 10 months! I'm getting ready to purchase a home for 318,000 which the home sold for 235,000 two years ago however was remodeled I'm looking for some educated direction other then my realtor who feels I'm crazy for second guessing my decision!
