I don't understand: he would easily be able to prevent the federal government from abusing its powers with that pistol, because militia > government.
Why couldn't he prevent a robbery?

I'm not sure why you think a 21-year old in Georgia wouldn't know how to handle a firearm. You ever lived there?

I had a CCW permit for 20 years living in Georgia. I sometimes did carry a pistol, but NEVER openly. Open carry is IMO an idiotic way to "make a statement".
