This is great news for Halliburton, Hess, Baker-Hughes and the other big shale players. They will do just fine, in fact now they get to make more money when they take over where the little guys left off.
If anyone is rejoicing at this bankruptcy it ought to be big oil.

Falling oil prices are taking their toll on American energy companies. On Sunday, Texas shale oil company, WBH Energy, filed for bankruptcy in Austin, Texas, the first American shale oil company to do so, but probably not the last.
