The officer must be a liberal. A conservative would have been afraid & shot the dog
from 50 feet away.
The owner got back & was worried about whether the dog scratched the truck?
If you tie up your dog in your vehicle, and he can jump out the window, he might strangle himself.
I would love to play chess against some of these people for money.

If there had been other dogs there with trucks, this wouldn't have happened.
Why don't we just ban all dogs, then?
Trucks don't kill dogs; redneck idiots kill dogs.
If there had been more trucks to hang from, that dog wouldn't have needed to be rescued.
PETA was probably behind it to make rednecks look bad and in the process the dog was microaggressed. But if the dog was german shepherd none of this would have happened.

No way the dog did that himself.
Liberals staged this to make us ban dog hanging, which will only stop law-abiding citizens from hanging dogs.
If citizens had been there to hang their concealed dogs, this dog wouldn't have had to wait for a cop.
Arkansas City police say officers called to stop a shoplifter wound up saving a dog from strangling to death.
The police Facebook page reported the dog was found hanging from a truck door handle Friday outside the Walmart store at 2701 North Summit. Officers went there to arrest a shoplifter, and found the dog after securing the suspect in a police vehicle.
Police said the dog was rescued when an officer cut its leash with a knife. After several minutes of pressure applied to the dog's side, it was able to stand and appeared fully recovered.
The Facebook post initially described the incident as an accident, saying the dog "had essentially hung himself from the leash". But a follow-up post Tuesday added the facts have been passed to the Cowley County District Attorney, who will determine if charges are filed.
