IF LOOKS COULD KILL: HILLARY'S BEAUTY-QUEEN 'VICTIM' ACCUSED OF THREATS

Clinton supporter: 'You know I have my past. I'm not a saint girl, but that's not the point now'
Published: 20 hours ago. Updated: 09/28/2016 at 10:35 AM

Democrat presidential nominee Hillary Clinton on Monday night at the first presidential election debate told a touching story of a victimized beauty-pageant contestant with a zinger aimed at Republican nominee Donald Trump.

The Miss Universe pageant’s 1996 winner, Alicia Machado, Clinton claimed, was brutalized by Trump after she gained weight during her reign. Trump had just become co-owner of the Miss Universe organization when the alleged verbal abuse took place.

“And he called this woman ‘Miss Piggy.’ Then he called her ‘Miss Housekeeping,’ because she was Latina,” Clinton claimed. “Donald, she has a name: Her name is Alicia Machado. … She has become a U.S. citizen, and you can bet she’s going to vote this November.”

The New York Times joined Clinton in the anti-Trump chorus on Tuesday with a story about how “for 20 years,” she lived with the “agony” of winning the Miss Universe title and its aftermath: the “shame” for “gaining weight.”

The rest of the story, however, was absent from that narrative.

In 1998, Machado was accused of driving her boyfriend “from the scene of a shooting,” and the Associated Press subsequently reported a Venezuelan judge said “a former Miss Universe threatened to kill him after he indicted her boyfriend for attempted murder.”

Hillary called Monica Lewinsky "Narcissistic Loony Toon"
http://www.cbsnews.com/news/hillary-clinton-monica-lewinsky-a-narcissistic-loony-toon/

Lewinsky responds:
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2641878/Her-impulse-blame-woman-Monica-Lewinsky-lashes-against-Hillarys-narcissistic-loony-toon-comment-reveals-fears-Clinton-run.html

Threatened all his accusers:

“I think we’re going to find some other things. And I think that when all of this is put into context, and we really look at the people involved here, look at their motivations and look at their backgrounds, look at their past behavior, some folks are going to have a lot to answer for.”

http://www.c-span.org/video/?99377-1/today-tuesday#

And of course this famous video:
http://www.politico.com/magazine/story/2016/09/hillary-clinton-2016-60-minutes-1992-214275

And her spending of $100,000 before and during the 1992 Campaign to get affidavits from Bill's girls that they never slept with him:

According to Carl Bernstein’s A Woman in Charge, as her husband prepared to run for president, she pushed to get sworn statements from women he’d been rumored to have been involved with, statements in which they were supposed to say they’d had no relationship with him. She even interviewed one of these women herself, at her law firm. She also led efforts to undermine Gennifer Flowers, whom she referred to as “trailer trash.”

From Slate, no less. http://www.slate.com/articles/news_and_politics/politics/2008/03/and_speaking_of_perfect_unions_.2.html

PS Hillary didn't give up East Coast opportunities to go to Arkansas with Bill. She FAILED the DC Bar, and THEN BIll got her a job as a law professor where he worked through his connections.

Donald's fiscal policy is supply side all the way.

Only manufacturing can provide jobs in the quantity to raise wages and bring back the American Dream.

I agree that we need to raise wages, but tariffs aren't the end-all, be-all. Automation is at least as responsible for manufacturing job losses as free trade. Probably more. Tariffs do nothing to recapture those jobs. And automation shows no signs of slowing down. Eventually, the country is going to have to find a way to deal with this reality.

thunderlips11 is deplorable says

No, I raised a cogent point that many of Hillary's Entertainment Industry backers have no tolerance for weight gain in Performers

And none of those people are running for President.

Mr. Plouffe isn't part of the campaign. And his comment was made in response to the Trump campaigns questioning of Hillary's fitness for office. They were hardly "pushing" it.

thunderlips11 is deplorable says

She's not a victim. Did Trump force feed her? Is she not an autonomous adult human being?

If it's okay to call an overweight man Fat, why not an overweight woman fat?

Is it also OK to call a Hispanic woman "Miss Housekeeping"? Or to call in a horde of reporters to watch you exercise?

22   Tampajoe   2016 Sep 28, 12:28pm

So, your next post is rehashing Bill's infidelities? You really are on the Trump payroll--this is today's talking point, isn't it? So, Clinton's husband having an affair somehow disqualifies her for being President? Is that the idea?

Nope. Hillary's easy money, wage destruction via mass immigration, H1B and now "Auto-Green Card" for foreign STEM graduates is supply side.

Huge myth. Go check out the massive Chinese factories, huge numbers of laborers. It's far better to have 1000 car factory workers in a highly automated plant than 0. Also, highly automated plants need Electrical and Mechanical Engineers in droves. If those plants are in China it creates practically no US jobs.

They back Hillary almost to a man.

AKA Campaign Surrogate. Why wasn't Hillary's Weight listed in her recent Doctor's Note? Sudden Weight gain is a sign of serious health problems.

Played a stereotypical "Fat but Nice Gal" in "My Fat Friend in 2012. It's not good to push stereotypes.

Bullshit. No myth. There have been many, many studies to show that automation has killed more jobs than free trade. I think tariffs are a good idea, but it's no panacea.

Oh, yeah. We were talking about the 50 yr old Trump's public shaming of a teenager by calling her a piggy housekeeper who likes to eat too much and making her exercise in front of a media panel.

Oh, FFS, we are not talking about some regular teenager. She entered a beauty contest in order to be judged for her physical appearance. Then won the title, which gives her fame, money, but also carries obligations (people have invested in her appearance).

Who cares? Only people who want to distract from Economic issues where Hillary represents the failed status quo.

* Drove a getaway car from a crime scene
* Threatened a Judge with Violence
* Had a Drug Lord's Baby
* Cheated on her Fiance on TV

* Somebody called her fat in direct relation to her job as a beauty queen.

If you don't think any Hillary-backing Fashion Designer, Modelling Firm Operator, Broadway Producer, etc. has ever made fun of an actress, model or showgirl who showed up fat to a contest or performance, I have a bridge to sell, real cheap.

"You just get off my stage, Thunderthighs! This ain't a twerking contest. Lance, find me another girl. You are sooooo outta here, honey."

Furthermore, if some Boxer got all pissy on live TV, "Humilated" in front of the world when they told him he couldn't compete in a weight class and his manager or bout organizers got pissed about having to cancel/delay/change the program and called him "Fatty", we'd laugh at him.

Why special female privilege? She's in the kitchen by her own volition, and complaining about the heat? Gimme a break.

That's not my point. My point is this is a drama queen who makes crap decisions, and craves attention, and I'm rejecting the "Freedom without Responsibility Feminism" claim that women have special privileges when it comes to weight issues, even when they are working directly in an industry that revolves around beauty. People should ignore her ass.

People would laugh at a wrestler who went "Boo hoo hoo" that his coach called him a fatty when he fattened himself out of a certain weight class where he was dominating.

She was a shitty employee who didn't do her job. Nobody kidnapped this woman and forced her to be a beauty queen.

But yet you still miss the point. The real issue is Trump's temperament and how he deals with people. You want the leader of the free word to be someone so petty and vengeful that he publicly humiliates one of his employees on national TV because she was struggling at work? You don't think he should have handled this issue differently?

What's he going to do when Paul Ryan votes differently than he wanted/expected on a farm bill? Or when the Israeli PM screws him over?

Ah, the linguistic killshot he introduced in the debates. Just you wait. Do you think hiring PI's to smear your husband's lovers is good temperament? Her temperament is legendary.

And it shows itself in policy. She's the bellicose mad bomber. She's never opposed a military intervention. She will keep up a lie even in the face of video evidence, as witnessed by the Bosnia Sniper Story.

First--I'm not a Hillary supporter. Second---we can discuss Hillary's temperament, but the post you were responding to was about Trump. Why is it that Trump supporters are incapable of discussing their candidate? They always respond with how bad the other candidate is.

And by all means, let's talk about economics, inequality tax evasion, trade, and war. How about we begin with Trump's tax plan? Do you agree that it will cause inequality to grow giving huge breaks to the 1% while screwing over the working man who he supposedly is going to help?

The real issue is Trump's temperament and how he deals with people.

Incidentally, if Steve Jobs shamed a male software engineer (to the point of driving him to tears), many would admire his capacity to push his people hard and get them to do things they themselves didn't know they could do.

At the same time, once you start exposing women like pieces of meat on a stage, you've already crossed some kind of line into indignity. To the extent these women are complicit of it, feel proud of their bodies and identify with it, they have already willingly crossed that line.

So it's not that Trump is a worse a-hole than Steve Jobs was, it's that he chose to work in the undignified circus of show business. The guy is all about sleazy salesmanship and appearances where Steve Jobs was at least going for some kind of human achievement.

Donald Drumpf raised eyebrows when he once joked, "if Ivanka weren't my daughter, perhaps I would be dating her."

Turns out, it wasn't his first time down that road.

A clip The Daily Show dug up from a 1994 episode of Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous shows Drumpf making a suggestive comment about his younger daughter Tiffany's body – when she was just 1 year old.

It happened after host Robin Leach asked Drumpf and his then-wife Marla Maples what attributes their infant daughter inherited from her parents.

"I think that she's got a lot of Marla, she's really a beautiful baby," Drumpf said. "She's got Marla's legs. We don't know whether or not she's got this part yet but time will tell," he added, holding his hands in front of his chest to represent breasts.

I despise donald, but that sounds like nothing to take serious umbrage to.

More telling, is that his only concern is whether or not his daughter is hot; since that is all that makes women of value in his world, and that is all he hopes she gets from her mom, and her only feature of value...
