Many of them already have.

There is no chance in four years. Try six at the earliest.

Yeah and that is my fear. It is like the boy who cried wolf too many times. The lefties fake outrage -fake rape claims, fake racism, fake caring of the middle class, fake ivory tower condescension will actually drown out any legittimate issues Trump has. Tha party has a long hike in the desert before they wake up-if they ever will.

Repubs lost it in the 1920s and dems had a massive majority for decades after-so it may be awhile.

Even if Clinton knew DWS broke the bylaws, that's not the same as Clinton breaking them. You are wrong.

If clinton had shred of integrity, the nomination would have gone to Bernie Sanders. Sanders had a better shot of beating trump than Clinton.

In any event, the bylaws were not followed, Clinton probably knew this and was the beneficiary of this malfeasance. Using your logic, I suppose that since she didn't break them, that should absolve her of any blame.

In any event, Streep is a "Clinton flunky" who lost big. If she really cared about altering status quo, she would have put her money behind Bernie Sanders and encouraged others to do the same. Speaking of 'vilified segments of hollywood, foreigners, and press' she really only cares about 2: Hollywood and press, because that's what she needs to be relevant.

Streep also referred to Mr Trump's hardline stance on immigration policy.
The actress told the audience: "Hollywood is crawling with outsiders and foreigners and if you kick them all out, you'll have nothing to watch but football and mixed martial arts, which are not the arts."

Streep mocks Donald Trump: Nice fat orange outfit with fucked up hair.

You win a Golden Globe and you use your time on stage to revisit an ugly moment during the political race to pump an overwhelmingly liberal crowd (Hollywood).

Trump's original response to the NYT reporter was in poor taste and Streep's unsolicited rehash was in equally poor taste as well.

Take your award, accept it politely, and GTFO the stage.

No replace just kill it, over and done with. Destroy the GDP profit center that our healthcare has become.
When the House clowns all moan that we must repeal and replace quickly or the whole healthcare will fall apart.
As purely speaking in terms of their profits and not healthcare or the quality there of. And when the illegal aliens bitch and moan that their Obamacare might be interrupted and ask how in the hell will they pay for it.
I can say welcome to my world.

Healthcare is not Insurance. People not aligned with you Idiot left wing Idiot motherfuckers. Will distinguish that fact from your Leftard Lies.

This shout out is for my future brotha that reads this post and says... "Well at least that guy got it, they weren't all fucking imbecile morons."

Republicans once again rely on a misleading Obamacare factoid

With the election of Donald Trump, Republican lawmakers finally have the opportunity to repeal the Affordable Care Act, a.k.a. Obamacare. As a result, we’re hearing some talking points that were debunked long ago.

But Republicans seems to love this one, no matter how misguided it is. Vice President-elect Mike Pence, during a news conference on Capitol Hill, also offered a version of it: “American families have seen an increase in premiums of $5,000.”

The Affordable Care Act of 2010 made important changes to the health-care market, but it was primarily aimed at people who do not get insurance through an employer and instead need to buy it themselves. When you hear about premium increases and trouble on the exchanges, that has to do with the individual market. Most workers get their insurance through their employer, so the law’s effect has been much more muted. While the law did require an essential benefits package, large group plans were not required to do so — because most already covered such benefits.

With the use of this number, Republicans are trying to muddy these distinctions.

The difference between the 2016 average annual premium ($18,141) and the 2010 premium is $4,371. (Note: Because these are employer-based health plans, most of the premiums are paid by employers. The average cost to workers increased just $1,386 over six years.)

79025   anonymous   2017 Jan 9, 10:43am

Call it what it is: Heritage Foundation Care

Then you wouldn't be so confused as to why Republicans have nothing to replace it with. It's a Hardcore Repulican Legislation.

Get ready for more terrible things to come, now with all Hardcore Republicans in power.

Did Meryl Streep successfully troll Trump?

Meryl Street's speech was short and to the point, and she's right. The press needs to act as the fourth estate and hold politicians accountable for their words, their calls to action, their actual actions, and the policies they pass. The press has not been doing this job for decades.

To be fair, Streep was trolling the hell out of Trump for no particular reason. Has any famous actor/actress ever done such a thing to, say, Obama?
