Yet no economist, pundit or elite wants to recognize that fact. Why?

But all these statistics mask how the status quo was maintained while the economy was hollowed: i.e. by loading more and more financial weight on the youngest generations:
- high home prices: good for boomers, bad for millennials
- student debts: injects money in the economy, but load the millennials like donkeys from the get-go
- exploding national debt
- unfounded pensions.

Interesting chart. Real earnings have gone down over the last 15 years. For all education levels.

Productivity, however, has gone WAY up over the same period. I know Logan doesn't see a problem with that, but count me as one un-American SOB who thinks this is a HUGE problem.

Majority of all producitivy gains came in the manufacturing side of the economy and yet they distribute the Income curve to all incomes .....
