Anyway, for those willing to think, Zunger makes a few good observations that I haven't heard mentioned elsewhere. Among these are:

- immigration officers ignoring judge's orders (i.e. the executive branch ignoring the judicial branch)

- actions which intend to create protest fatigue

- the dept of state being critically (and intentionally?) understaffed at the moment

You're laboring under the falsehood that the Judge stopped all parts of the executive order. He only demanded a review re: stopping the Visas and Green Cards issued prior to the announcement and still valid.

He only ordered a review, he didn't declare the whole order in violation of the law.
