Let's see if the prosecution wants to waste more money and time on another trial.
They stacked the jury with white people and still couldn't get a conviction. It doesn't look good for anything other than a repeat. But the butthurt and politics are strong with this case. They'll probably retry it.
Whether he's guilty or not, these women waited too long to come after him. It's not like they were under age and had fear of prosecuting an adult, they were adults themselves. Unless you have cold, hard evidence, it's too late.
To brush up on my knowledge of hung juries, I watched this movie:
If you had stuck to your typical "You little shit" no one would have noticed and all this could have been avoided...
censorship directed at me, oh no only the left can censor and kick people out-who dare calls me out.
The real answer is deep learning and A.I.s that act as moderators.
Or you cna work on yourself. I don't have anyone on ignore or never hit the ad hominem button. if I feel like responding, I will. if not I move on- if soemone bugs me on an anonymous internet forum-oh well-they ain't family-watch TV instead!
That is your definition. To others it may be the reverse. You of all people should not be talking about nuances.
wtf. You don't get to make your own defintion. You've been listening to Kellyanne a bit too much--there is no such thing as alternate facts. There is right and wrong.

You could be a perfect human being. Trolls will still ruin your conversations with others if allowed. The defects of trolls do not reflect defects of their victims.
if not I move on-
You can, of course, ignore the spread of misinformation. The price of choosing to ignore rather than discredit misinformation is that about once a century you get a Hitler that murders millions of people after rising to power on the popular tide of misinformed people. This is why misinformation is bad and it affects you even if you don't read it or participate in the political discussions. It's not a good thing for the general public to be misinformed.
That depends on when you get back from Vladivostok. ..

A black man lynched after being falsely accused of raping a white woman? Could that even happen in America?

LOL-republicans bad, dems good-anything else is crazy to you.
Fucking a garbage can isn't half bad. It's licking it to get it aroused that really sucks.

No, you're thinking of Hillary Clinton.
I don't quite get the tax complication ? Do you do your own taxes?
I've never sold a house so far and have just been a purchaser. Does anyone know if its true that when you sell a house the profits are not capital gains; they are regular income? A mix of both?
If it's your primary residence, you pay no taxes on capital gains up to $250,000 if single and $500,000 if married.
If it's a rental, you pay capital gains taxes on every dollar of profit (minus carried over loses, sales related costs, etc)
Otoh, all will be forgiven with the forecast of another successful stockpick.
Capitalism. Don't you just love it?
The definitive explanation of why you should ignore talk radio addicts here and everywhere else you may go.
Actually, no. This is not a reason to ignore idiots and the falsehoods they spread. It's a reason to force those idiots to bear the consequences of their mistakes or lies. The wildebeest who kept saying log should have been made to walk on the "log". Similarly, the idiots who say climate change isn't happening should be made to pay for the costs of climate change.
The problem with ignoring idiots is that they get more and more power the more they are ignored instead of opposed. Then you get a Hitler, an idiot who kills millions, because rational people just chose to ignore the problem while it was small and solvable.
Idiots are problems. Ignoring problems is never the answer. Ignored problems fester and grow. They become big problems.

MLPs are odd beasts in that you become a part business owner wrt income etc.
"The K-1s I receive for holdings in my IRA I typically file. It's a round file on the floor next to my desk that Waste Management conveniently picks up each week. Not much hassle there. Should I exceed the $1,000 UBTI limit in a single IRA account (unlikely), and my broker fails to send me the appropriate 990-T form (not really sure how likely since it's never happened), and I get audited (has also never happened), and the auditor notices the lack of a necessary 990-T form reporting UBTI (hard to notice what is not there, but I guess that's what they get paid for), if all those happen together, I guess I will just have to pay the fine."

I tried fucking a garbage can earlier today. Totally unsatisfying!
That's what everyone says about Ann Coulter.
eBay started by selling Pez dispensers, Maybe PatNet's claim to fame will become illegal sales of prescription medications.
Do you have your malpractice policy up to date, in case whoever receives and takes the medicine has an adverse reaction?
This is rather obvious, which leads me to conclude ..
I would like to see the statute or guidelines that cause you to believe you have a "legal" ground to sell this unused prescription.
I've always done my own taxes. Sort of a control freak in that way I guess.
I get it - my version is that I do my own bookkeeping with QB's for personal and Corp. But then I send that file off to the accountant who handles the rest and together we discuss financial moves forward. Accountant sends me back the finished return for review and done. I can highly recommend using a pro for this as it can be crucial. That is if you have somebody good.
I think that's very good advice. I should probably pony up for some pro-tips. I'm not a kid anymore and can afford it....
Credit where it's due, you did warn about this issue, but on a shorter timeframe. I commented in a different thread about the latest report, will copy&paste here:
“If they can get you asking the wrong questions, they don't have to worry about answers.â€
In America, neither major party has provided any useful answer to the question that matters: how to manage the climate.
Democrats propose spending vast fortunes on corrupt patronage networks, basically expanding and exploiting the issue rather than addressing it. Their proposals would transfer enormous wealth away from advanced countries that could actually develop climate management systems, empowering instead backwards religious kleptocracies and kickback schemes.
Republicans tend to deny climate change, so the argument tends to stay there.
Even among many independents, e.g. the green party, the issue seems tinged with anti-capitalism, white guilt, patriarchy-bashing, and original sin. Geo-engineering is derided as further man-made interference with mother nature.
"Everybody Talks About the Weather, But Nobody Does Anything About It."
I don't see the point of obsessing over future climate without proposing any realistic way of managing it.
The Paris accord would have stopped all this and taken us back to normal?
L&C - I think this is beyond politics at this point and no, I
What I am trying to say, is these hyped up things are what is hurting the cause. if you are throwing away trillions , while our competitors give up nothing-for a negligible outcome-then it does not help.
Calling your opponents sub-human is not going to attract them to your cause.
I don't see the point of obsessing over future climate without proposing any realistic way of managing it.
Bingo my number resistance stance to Predatory Liberals looking to capitalize on any crisis.
Real imaginary or otherwise.

Weren't we told to buy LED lights for our house and park a Prius in the garage? That in itself will buy us another 100 years.
