Repeal prop 13 - helps ease the housing crisis
If you can't afford the house then move away. Move to a shit hole in the middle of the country. Why don't people quit being disingenuous posers. That's why SF is so full of fake it interlopers that are way out of their league. 90% of them belong at the Elk Club in Columbus Ohio they talking about "Let Me IN!" to the most exclusive real estate in the United States.
Ya'll's some funny mother Fuckers. Fake broke ass bitches. And OH! This plate aint clean wash it again!

Sure, but first repeal SIT and sales tax. Prop 13 is a result of tax revolt, there was a good reason for it to be voted in and there are even more reasons for it to stay. We are not blind and we see clearly what happens in other Dem-controlled tax hells like IL.
This is a 3rd word type solution that may "help" very few.
The real solution:
1. Repeal prop 13 - helps ease the housing crisis (https://medium.com/@ericmkingsbury/the-real-reason-we-dont-build-in-palo-alto-or-any-high-cost-part-of-california-d8ff46d46b52)
2. Repeal and replace residential (NIMBY) zoning laws with something more modern.
