Congressional elections are done on a state-by-state basis, not any national totals. In the 2016 election, Trump got 30 states vs 20 for Hillary, and got 2600 counties vs 500 for Hillary. Besides, that "3 million" vote number you like to throw around all comes from a couple of sanctuary cities.

Anonymous allegations are a joke. The other 2 accusers are total jokes too. So there is only one credible claim with Ford. All of Ford's witnesses deny her claims.

Meanwhile Kavanaugh has nearly 100 classmates, former girlfriends and colleagues backing him........along with half a dozen FBI investigations.

Provided there are no new bombshells and Ford continues to offer absolutely no corroborating evidence, the Republicans know they will get wiped out by pissed off or apathetic Republicans in the Midterms if they fail to stand up to this smear job.

We've had it with sleazy Democrats trashing Bork, Thomas, Gonzalez, Alito and now Kavanaugh while extremist Democrats like Ginsburg, Kagan and Sotomayer sail through.

I think she's conflating something that happened elsewhere and with somebody else, but the Political Environment has made her insert Kavanaugh's face.

Deep Down she knows this, and she knows it intellectually as a psychologist what happens with memories (they conflate readily esp. with distance from the event) hence the messed up affect.

Saw good chunks of it today. Ford looked and sounded like she was lying plain and simple. To say otherwise is ignoring the facts of her behavior during and leading up to this whole shit show.

It’s really got nothing to do with what Kavanaugh has to say. She was not compelling and the voice thing was weird as mentioned by a few already. Combine that with constantly talking to her attorneys after every question and playing dumb. You were either assaulted or not. There shouldn’t be a need to talk to two attorneys sitting next to you. I don’t get what she was asking them, the questions were really straight forward.
