Left seems pretty bent on using the legal systems to destroy BSA. Things really started declining when the lawsuits over gays started. They are really strict about about adults, kids always have to be in pairs and there always has to be two adults present. My sons are all involved in scouting and I was when I was a kid, they are a shadow of what they use to be but are still a great organization for boys. Most were glad to see LDS get out because they kept to themselves and were eagle scout mills just pushing kids to get that and then get out.
