Here is what I responded with based on his observationWith liberals, logic is tertiary. What maters is reinforcement of their poorly thought out and self-serving beliefs.
Feel bad that a mosque got shot up but Islam needs to examine the violence within its own culture before it uses this incident as some sort of crusading horse against Islamophobia.
Islam is still violent , anti-woman, anti-gay, and anti-freedom.
Fuck Islam.
It looks like one of the posts got taken down by Jazz Music. Here is what I responded with based on his observation of mass murder in the name of Christianity and/or white nationalists. I had asked him to provide a list of recent examples, but he has not done so.
jazz_music says
"but one thing I can see is that there is a lot of right wing mass shootings, violence and they are frequently done in the name of Christ."
My Response:
The mass murderer Gary Martin at the Henry Pratt Company was African American.
The mass murderer of the Dallas Police was African American.
The Navy Yard mass murderer was African American.
Omar Thorton, the Hartford Connecticut mass murderer, was African American.
The Virginia Tech Shooter was Korean.
The Orlando night club murderer was Arab.
The San Bernardino mass murderers were Pakistani.
2015 Chattanooga shootings was done by an Arab.
The 2017 New York City truck attack ...
BUSH, rather than the Left, buried that one because he didn't want to get into Security Theater distracting from Iraq.
I know it's horrible to say, but when I heard about it I thought, well, isn't turnabout fair play every once in awhile? What else do they expect?
It might be horrible to say, but I wasn’t the least bit horrified to learn that they’d finally got a bit of their own medicine.
It’s really hard to even work up a care.
Not sure the DC Sniper was tied to Islamic terrorism. The media spoon fed the line that he was working to eventually kill his ex wife who was living in the Washington DC metro area. But I see your point, whereas people would claim he needed to focus his time and focus US resources on where the real threat was (i.e., homeland) and not overseas (i.e., Iraq).
