Maybe you didn't know this but if the ACA goes away so does the pre-x coverage clause. Are you trying to say it doesn't go away?

I get your argument. The thing is republicans want to kill the ACA and they have no plan for something in it's place that covers pre existing conditions. IT was a flagrant lie. Most Trump Cucks would admit it. coverinhg pre-existing conditions is the reason the ACA costs as much and requires as much subsidy as it does.

The republican plan is to let states do their own thing. Many of the requirements regarding quality of coverage (that ACA had) will be gone.
