The network’s flagship primetime show, Cuomo Primetime, drew a total of just 917,000 viewers in April, which is its worst performance ever.

The show ranked 26th on the list of primetime shows across all networks. Perhaps that has something to do with host Chris Cuomo’s repeated praise for Antifa.

In the key 25-54 demographic, CNN was also down by a whopping 41 per cent

Fucking rekt!

I wonder how much of it happened around the Barr report/Mueller Report.

I think leftist MSM has been gradually losing viewers but CNN's in particular has taken a nose dive.

No doubt when the Muellar report proved no collusion, CNN's viewership was pissed since CNN had been parroting the lie for years.

Couldn’t have happened to a nicer bunch of ASSHOLES!

Combining with the record viewership drops of the past two years, it should be down to just a few autistic screeching monkeys in about 4.5 years more!

Trump has really done a number on that station.

Should not the CEO be fired?

They've been full of shit for decades. I remember in the mid-90s they were pumping Atlanta house prices. Said it would appreciate more than anywhere else in the nation. Trying to pump their own house prices.

I think AT&T/Time Warner should shutter the entire network. It would help their stock price.

I stopped watching them when they would not stop talking about that fucking missing plane for months nonstop.

I actually used to like CNN, until the last 2 years.

Went from Deep State lipstick on a pig to just a pig.

I doubt it's related to changing opinions.

I don’t know if you remember from 15-20 years ago when it was absolutely dominant. A byword in every household. But the last decade has seen it go increasingly left wing and partisan to the point where many stopped trusting it for even basic facts. Then Trump got elected and CNN went full retard. Ratings have been falling off a cliff since then.

Great. I'm glad you're admitting that Muellar, Barr, and Russia are not "news" since that's what CNN has been squawking for the past year almost 24/7.

Plus he's trying to explain a 26% drop off in viewership YOY as "content" related.

That's laughably wrong.

I'd think that conservatives have stopped watching CNNPC a while ago. The new drop in ratings perhaps can be explained by younger people not watching TV any more.

It's no surprise that CNN would lose viewers at this rate. By politicizing their network to the point that they are fabricating outright lies. Between Maddow and Steltzer they have managed to lose credibility at a break-neck pace. But thats just the nature of "news" today.

The politicization of news is nothing new. Its been going on for years. The news corps was fearful of bloggers, so they all became bloggers. We arent being fed news, but we are being fed extremely tailored opinions. Almost all of the news agencies take partnership with the government and disseminate their talking points. Can the news really be trusted at either end of the spectrum?

The concerns for the news agencies is to drum up doom and outrage to keep their machines running. The government is all too happy to assist in this endeavor as it allows them a great smokescreen to rob us of additional income and freedom.

Right, that's just beating a dead horse. It's not edge of your seat news in any way.

Funny thing is Muellar, Barr, and Collusion will be on CNN, MSNBC, etc for the next 6 months.

That's the scary part. They're using it to push "Green New Deals", and "Single payer", all for the "good of the people".

It's some very evil shit.

Meanwhile, Big Tech is acting as a Publisher while insisting they're an Open Forum. Regulations desperately needed, with big fat fines.

Their rules are absolutely opaque.

Yeah FB is treading a very grey line. We'll see how it pans out. Usually heavy handed suppression has the exact opposite desired effect for the oppressor.

Democrats are using Muslims as their loyal soldiers to send out against conservatives, so they protect them.

But what they don’t realize yet is Muzzies didn’t ally with anyone besides other Muzzies. White liberals are like dog shit to them.
