No, recent government sponsored genocides occurred when National Socialists, or Soviet Socialists, or Maoist Socialists, or Pol Pot Socialists, decided to go on killing sprees. An armed populous would have made these killing sprees much more difficult.

Seriously? Who died because they could not afford health care? Hospitals in America are full of low income folks receiving healthcare. Even to the point of a young black girl from a Newport news housing project being helicopter airlifted to a hospital for emergency treatment.

A special council is supposed to investigate a crime. Since when is a investigative report supposed to give an opinion on character? "Mueller Report says you regularly brand unfavorable statements as "Fake News"" is what Trump detractors mine from the verbiage. What the Mueller Report actually said of substance was "no collusion."
