Your article doesn't say how much the ocean has warmed. The alarmists always leave out such details or talk about "anomalies".
The general public does not realize that the temperature has only gone up at most a couple of degrees in the last couple centuries and is in fact now cooling.

They won those districts because Black Democrats are all deeply rooted in all of those district's Board of Elections.
It would be considered Racists to Challenge them taking the boxes of ballots and going in a back room and locking the door for 3 weeks while they manufacture votes.
