He's the greatest political Historian Cartoon Journalist since at least the late 1800's, then early 1900's and the 1920's. You would have to go back to those three eras to find his equals. I bet you 10:1 that even with the mentioned monetary incentives people would not invite them into their homes en masse, and those who do would run into problems quickly and either demand more money, kick them out or look for a way to scam the system.
