Link to statute that requires the House to turn over the impeachment to the Senate in a specific time?
Like I've said before ... bribery.

Then please explain why that wasn't an article of impeachment....
It was, Abuse of power. By trying to bribe Zelensky he abused his power.

Pelosi is stalling because it's a lose lose for her and the Dem's.

Not sure if you are stating a fact, or defending the action. In either way, that is jury tampering.
Pelosi just committed the crime of jury tampering
The Senate can simply hold the trial or dismiss the case whenever they like, now that a vote has been held. There's nothing in the constitution about any formal transferal of the articles, just that a vote happens.
It is silent on the process and timing and, in fact, doesn't require the House to refer the Articles to the Senate at any particular time or even at all.
66,000,000 Democrat voters boycotting all Republican businesses will have Impeached Republican President removed from office in a week.
If Pelosi isn’t going to treat her impeachment of Trump seriously, why should anyone? Let her wave it back and forth and we all just ignore and go back to business.
Yes, fair. Moscow Mitch already admitted he doesn't plan to be impartial so once he recuses himself this all can move forward.

And Elizabeth Warren is not only running to replace Trump, but has openly said that she will be voting to impeach! Any good lawyer would instantly remove such a juror for bias.

President Donald Trump was properly impeached, in essence, for carelessly running his mouth and accidently crossing a line of corruption and abuse. While I don't feel it rises to a level or removal, it was still foolish and gave some people a legitimate opportunity, which they have been waiting for all along. I didn't like it, but I recognized that it was legitimate, and I found the first article, in particular, to be a perfectly written indictment.
Turnabout is fair play, however. In this case, though, the crime is deliberate and obvious. By delaying a Senate trial for a political advantage (that is, leaving this hanging of Trump's head is a personal and political benefit) Pelosi, et al, are committing the exact same crime that Trump is accused of, which is corruptly initiating a legal procedure for their gain. However, it gets much worse, as the House does NOT have oversight or any other right to dictate how the Senate conducts its trial. Withholding the impeachment process amounts to charging someone, but never trying them for the sole purpose of humiliation or other defamation.
The defense to this is even worse, because the delay is "until the Senate demonstrates that it will put on a fair trial." In other words, the expected outcome is not the desired outcome and so until we think we are getting the outcome we desire we will delay the process. I have some very bad news for the speaker, the Senate is actually the jury in the trial. What they are doing is jury tampering pure and simple. Definitely a high crime in Federal US Code.

I might, and I suggest others consider, sending a crime report to the FBI. Congressional members CAN be arrested and charged with crimes while they hold office.
