Except, we know that A) us refers to the USA and B) Zelinsky had no idea aid was being reviewed and C) The aid was approved before the Leakerblower's "facts" were revealed by Schiff.

Also, we already know that Schiff held back exculpatory information, which was the purpose of the closed door, no media hearings. This has been a modus operandi for democratic operatives over the past few years, like at the FISA Courts.
