What if "Trumpsters," as you call us, don't really love Trump, as much as we simply despised Hilary Clinton. And maybe in the upcoming election, we don't believe Biden can lead this country out of crisis from the safety of his bunker. But Trump is the bully we elected to make things better. And by my observations (and almost every economic indicator before COVID), he has done a damn good job for three+ years. I'm willing to give him a shot at 4 more.

Biden? He can't remember who his wife is, much less be trusted to lead the country. His record proves his worthlessness. Has-been do-nothings don't get to be president.

There are real arguments (from real world, not sure if it matters or you just want bullshit CNN once only):
1) Number of whites murdered is higher, number of blacks murdered is low compared to crimes committed. This is proof that police is not racist and out to get black people.
2) George Floyd wasn't an innocent little lamb, however he did not deserve to die.
3) BLM organization doesn't care about black lives, because they only politicize the one they can politically benefit from, since most lives are destroyed by liberal policies or in black on black crime (which there is 0 talk about).
4) BLM organization sends money to actblue -> which is a Democratic party fundraising platform. So you know where the money is going, probably Joe Biden, not to people they pretend to care about.
5) Rioting and looting wasn't ok
6) People are fed up with double standards. If you go protest lock downs, MSM calls you all sorts of bad names. If you go protest for BLM, MSM calls you John Adams. If you go outside for whatever reasons = you killing grandma, if you go outside to protest with BLM = you are John Adams.

Yeah, this is reality, people do see the bullshit double standards by the left, and how this whole BLM thing is nothing more than a very well organized media campaign by Democrats to collect money, collect votes, and try to disrupt election, while playing on emotions and history of the Black Americans. Not that it matters, but voted for him in round one. He "spoke" presidential which is what got me to vote for him. He didn't back it up though. At all really. He really had no business being POTUS in hindsight. He had zero executive experience in any realm. I bought a bill of goods that I thought was the real deal. He may go down as one of the worst Presidents in modern history.

I think if any of us make it to 2060 (for me 80 years old) we'll look back and look at Obama as an utter joke of a leader. All talk and never backing up a thing.

I can see that San Francisco has some nice benefits (or at least it used to have nice benefits). And the weather throughout the greater Bay Area is fantastic. After that, most people are here because of the job opportunities. (jobs in high-tech and elevated salaries of jobs supporting those in high-tech) If high-tech isn't tied to the area, expect a massive change over time.

So what did bailout officials do? They put together a proposal full of even bigger deceptions to get it past Congress a second time. In the letters, Summers laid out a five-point plan in which the bailout was pitched as a kind of giant populist program to help ordinary Americans. Obama, Summers vowed, would use the money to stimulate bank lending to put people back to work. He even went so far as to say that banks would be denied funding unless they agreed to “increase lending above baseline levels.” He promised that “tough and transparent conditions” would be imposed on bailout recipients, who would not be allowed to use bailout funds toward “enriching shareholders or executives.” As in the original TARP bill, he pledged that bailout money would be used to aid homeowners in foreclosure. And lastly, he promised that the bailouts would be temporary – with a “plan for exit of government intervention” implemented “as quickly as possible.”

But in the end, almost nothing Summers promised actually materialized. A small slice of TARP was earmarked for foreclosure relief, but the resultant aid programs for homeowners turned out to be riddled with problems, for the perfectly logical reason that none of the bailout’s architects gave a shit about them. They were drawn up practically overnight and rushed out the door for purely political reasons – to trick Congress into handing over tons of instant cash for Wall Street, with no strings attached. “Without those assurances, the level of opposition would have remained the same,” says Rep. Raúl Grijalva, a leading progressive who voted against TARP. The promise of housing aid, in particular, turned out to be a “paper tiger.”

So yeah, all praise OBAMA! because he took bankster's cock down his throat more graciously than Bush did and trump does now...

HAMP, the signature program to aid poor homeowners, was announced by President Obama on February 18th, 2009. The move inspired CNBC commentator Rick Santelli to go berserk the next day – the infamous viral rant that essentially birthed the Tea Party. Reacting to the news that Obama was planning to use bailout funds to help poor and (presumably) minority homeowners facing foreclosure, Santelli fumed that the president wanted to “subsidize the losers’ mortgages” when he should “reward people that could carry the water, instead of drink the water.” The tirade against “water drinkers” led to the sort of spontaneous nationwide protests one might have expected months before, when we essentially gave a taxpayer-funded blank check to Gamblers Anonymous addicts, the millionaire and billionaire class.

In fact, the amount of money that eventually got spent on homeowner aid now stands as a kind of grotesque joke compared to the Himalayan mountain range of cash that got moved onto the balance sheets of the big banks more or less instantly in the first months of the bailouts. At the start, $50 billion of TARP funds were earmarked for HAMP. In 2010, the size of the program was cut to $30 billion. As of November of last year, a mere $4 billion total has been spent for loan modifications and other homeowner aid.

In short, the bailout program designed to help those lazy, job-averse, “water-drinking” minority homeowners – the one that gave birth to the Tea Party – turns out to have comprised about one percent of total TARP spending. “It’s amazing,” says Paul Kiel, who monitors bailout spending for ProPublica. “It’s probably one of the biggest failures of the Obama administration.”

Cities are generally more fun to visit than to live in.
