The dems have been associated with election rigging for at least 60 years. I remember way back the old joke about "My father voted republican all his life. It wasn't until after he died that he started voting Democrat".

This is so blatant though. It's Broward County on a national scale. The system that would be used to prosecute something like this, is part of it.

I don't think most people have any idea of how bad this is and what it means for society. So many have been propagandized into thinking all claims of voter fraud are just nonsense conspiracy theory that come from Trump because he's losing. Yet there it is on video. There's the whistleblower from USPS. There's laughably unbelievable statistical anomalies in the results graphs.

These guys have had to cheat so much and on such a large scale that it's going to be impossible to cover it up. And if the legal system refuses to deal with it, then there's a good chance things collapse in a very ugly manner.

You've not explained what is going on. You just gave it a name.

The idea that there isn't shenanigans going on is... naive. There obviously is. Poll observers have been kicked out their oversight positions based on their party affiliation. It's beneath you to call something a "conspiracy theory" when there is clearly a conspiracy going on. Conspiracies happen all the time - that what Russian Collusion would have been, a conspiracy, well - if there was any Russian Collusion anyhow.

In the one video above the guy in plaid appears to be reading a ballot to the other woman who is transferring it to a new ballot. Just saying there’s a legitimate reason to be doing what these people are doing in the videos. I’m not a poll worker... but it’s not guaranteed to be anything nefarious or to be a smoking gun for fraud.

They do seem to be casting or re-casting the ballots exclusively for Biden. Is something getting lost in the translation?

That doesn't explain why one person would, presumably, be reading off from one ballot, and another would be filling in another. What would make sense is to have the flawed ballot on one side, with the poll worker filling in a ballot on the other side. If two people are required, one should be observing and checking the poll worker's decision on filling in the second (replacement) ballot.

Anyhow - how many people can't fill in a circle? Didn't we all take the SAT and ACT tests?

What state are you from? Post the Pennsylvania rules.

So many people think because some technicality is permitted in Colorado or California, it applies in Georgia or Pennsylvania.

In some states, anybody can watch the count, without any need for credentials or training. You can literally walk in right off the street, subject only to Fire Department building capacity.

One thing I absolutely fing guarantee is that PA has laws about this being done in front of observers. I don't see any Republican observers.

What is suspicious is that it's nothing but top lines being filled in, that is clear,and guess who is one of the choices on the top line?

If you're voting age and cannot fill out a ballot correctly, it is was it is. A 3rd party cannot "think" that's what you meant. Maybe I've been naive and obviously didn't realize this was a practice, but it's fucked up.

I didn't realize people could fucking touch the damn thing. It should have read the data, while not being connected to the internet, and one data dump done at the end of the night. If someone didn't fill it out right, fuck them. I could hand my 7 year old son a ballot and tell him to pick one person and he'd fill it out correctly.

I'm not upset if Trump loses. These last few days have been eye opening though. The bigger part of it scares me. Why? Why Biden? 1+1 isn't adding up to 2. It's not even division at this point. It's too late though. That ballot has now been manipulated and you'd have no clue in a stack of thousands to maybe hundreds of thousands. You'd have to verify it with the original voter, which has issues of its own, but you cannot undue what you see in the video with our current system. That's the problem. It's manipulated, no one can argue against that. Pen hit paper on a ballot.

I frankly didn't know there were individuals, touching individual ballots like that. I figured the machine ate it and they'd send the results digitally and then throw the stack in the machine again to verify at a central location. Taking ballots one by one is pure bullshit. Maybe I didn't pay enough attention in 2000 as I wasn't old enough to vote. This is wild.

Basically, these old and oft-derided voting machines which were physically punching holes through the ballots turned out to be more secure than this "mark with a pen -> feed to the scanner" model which was promoted as a fix to "hanging chads".

It's too late to find the vote. It's not too late to arrest her ass.

Note to file – this looks like some curative step where the machine cannot read ballots so the best practice is to hand copy and re-feed the new ballots into the machine with watchers in the room. From the wider shot it looks like there are red bins for republican, blue bins for democrat, and green bins for cured. It thus makes sense that a blue to green table will show nothing but Biden votes, and that red to green will show nothing but trump votes. There also appear to be plenty of potential watchers (both partisan and non partisan) in the room which is likely within the rules.

Vanessa, please find the source and vet but at first glance, I am not seeing much here to worry about.

Team, please confirm with the county that nothing has changed since then, but if we went in with this video and the county defends with affidavits confirming their press report, the judge is going to look at us and say "what do you want me to do now" we would mount a valiant but feeble response, and get sent packing with not only a "L" for the client but a bill for the county legal fees and a malpractice claim for us. Obviously this cannot happen so lets do our homework!

I'm afraid that would be the case with any evidence presented.
Also I have maintained since the beginning, that if this is a Criminal endeavor, then I don't want a Court that rules on the legality of the process ruling on this election. Because I do agree with you. Asking the judge to play Lt Frank Colombo, isn't going to happen. They are going to follow the letter of the law in the confined scope of determining if the election was lawful. And it appears SCOTUS doesn't split hairs over dirty fights, and dirty dishonest tricks to sway the election one way or the other.

But if Crimes were committed, and sedition and treason can be determined. This shouldn't be a State, or SCOTUS fight, it should be a Law Enforcement fight.

The only thing I would want SCOTUS to rule on at that point, would be how do we move on past here, with this unprecedented election where the candidates and the DNC election machine incarcerated after the election.


We're turning into one of those countries where the new elected leader gets elected and is sent to jail, but the judge says he still gets to rule from his prison cell.

The election should be nullified as there is zero confidence in it. Trump would remain president until there is a safe and auditable way to run an election. This should be the judgement. If the states refuse to cooperate/comply, then the Republican legislatures should send electors and Trump wins another term. Not necessarily. With my budget I am not going to rely on just the press release. I am going to contact the county clerk (a fellow officer of the court) and confirm this is press release is accurate. With an unlimited budget I would not rely on the press release and the statement of the county clerk and instead track down the parties in that room and get a statement from them, do a follow up or two, and ask them to execute an affidavit under penalty of perjury if need be. Not sure but because this is at the curative phase there likely is a D attorney and R attorney somewhere in there (per agreed upon rules) who absolutely would note any irregularities (in real time), and who must show the provenance of what they did and when they did it.

For what its worth, Ive done that job as a poll challenger (not as a poll watcher but a poll challenger) before as a young associate. Myself and the other counsel would make a joint statement as to what we expect of the volunteers in the room. We likely will remind them that there are cameras in the room and if there are any irregularities they are going to be found so it serves in their best interest to report to us so we can document the issue. I did this in the pre-social media, ubitiquous coverage of everything is then processed by either the D or R media as proof of problems (or proof of accuracy depending what side you are on). At the end of the day you have to accept that there is a certain amount of good will (or fear of repercussions) which will give you the best outcome you can reasonably expect.

Listen let me tell about me and my town Broward county, so you don't toss "R" and "D" around like it instills confidence in me that everything is on the up and up.

How hard is for somebody to show up, put their own ballot in the machine, have the machine tell the voter if the ballot is valid or not, and explain why it's not valid? If it's valid, consume the ballot, tell the voter to go on their way with a sticker of "I voted" or something pushed out of the machine, and if it's NOT valid destroy the ballot by shredding it, and make the voter fill it out a new one?

This is trivial to do, yet, some some reason ???? nobody but me has thought of this. I guess I'm just the smarted person in the world!!!
