Well what percent is it? What does this even mean? It's the value of the USD $$$$ in terms of overall revenue. Which it ultimately was converted back to USD immediately upon receipt. Glad they left that part out.

Out of the 13% in BTC payments, cryptocurrency settlement, in general, makes up 19% of Privatefly’s revenue.

This gem.....

“The flight was the biggest Bitcoin payment transaction I have made,” Janssens said at the time. “But it was very easy and efficient, particularly as I wanted to fly at very short notice. It was the perfect way to pay.”

Credit cards work perfectly fine. Especially if you're wealthy. And they give other benefits and kickbacks. I could charter a $20k flight to San Diego this morning and pay for it with a CC. Minor amount, but I'd get $200 back. Sure the fees the charter company pays would be high but it's built into the price. On the flip side the value of BTC could drop 10-20% from the agreed upon amount by the time they convert it from the game that it is.

I research charter flights as well. Never even heard of this company. Extensive research. I've planned group trips where it would be economical to do so. This is a complete puff piece and continued spam. A forum is for conversation. Sure that could include links. Dumping links with no thoughts is spam. Look, you got me talking BTC.

Correct @WookieMan, Bitcoin hit 50K

"I expect Bitcoin to be at 1,200". Your prediction of BTC hitting 1.2K was off. As identified, the worst prediction in the history of Patnet.

Below are some news articles discussing the historic milestone of Bitcoin hitting 50k. Congrats to all BTC holders!

Don't go to online forums if you don't expect feedback. And then not answer a damn question. And then you post links to fly by night websites. Not sure what world you live in.

The OP itself was spam and almost anything after is as well. The vast majority of comments are either legit spam (links to shady sites) or personal comments. I'm sure some of mine have been borderline, but just look at what G says above. Cash calling people shit mutts... whatever that is.

I don't know, this will probably go over the line, but they behave like petulant little children that think they own the play ground. Guess what, it happens to be a public playground, go build your own or visit the playground with toys you like... I'm stubborn and have a reality based view on crypto, these guys just don't want to hear it.

I'm honestly open to it. I'm on the opposite side, but I can and will be respectful. I just expect a discussion and not name calling, pumping and link spamming. That's what these threads have become.

This site itself was founded on real estate being over priced. By default opposing views would come in. These crypto threads "don't allow it" apparently and are "controlled" by the OP. I don't know why. A forum is for discussion, not an echo chamber to masturbate your views.

I think my pattern in these threads has been commiserate with who I'm communicating with. Take it to the mud, let's go. I didn't initially, but will go there when needed. I think my commenting history is out there. I'm pretty reasonable.

I'm literally proposing an option for the OP to be able to have his "safe space" and he goes off on a rant that has been removed (I didn't FYI).

This is a forum, if you don't want to be challenged on your thinking, ideas or investments, you're in the wrong place dude. There's maybe 3-5 regular users here that have said they invest in crypto. From the word go I've said go ahead and do it. Know what you're dealing with though. It's not an investment. It's a trade. I actually praised cash for understanding that aspect of it. He came to the defense of a spammer and I guess wanted to be lumped in with him.

Yes you can make money. No one ever said you couldn't. I've dabbled in pennies in the past. That's what BTC is (ignore the price and throw the decimal in front, ignore the commas). The first pump was epic in 2017. This next crash is going to be sad. Make money on the way up, hope, really hope you can get out in time. This isn't the game you think it is. It's not a store of value. It's not "digital gold" or any of the other hyped up shit.

Yes, I was thinking of trading against ETH. I took profit in USD today for Binance....this thing went insane. My avg cost is below 21dollars per Binance coin and its now over 300 dollars. just jumped to 315.....holy f.ing smokes. Personally I am tgtg BTC 54400/54600+/- this round. A good indicator for which way to go BTC or ETH besides weight of sentiment is the ETH/BTC chart.
down being BTC strength and up of coarse the opposite. BTC 54k is showing a bit of R atm ETH/BTC is playing and/or rejecting a fairly solid monthly support and heading up
indicating ETH strength at least momentarily however I do think BTC will finish out the tgts mentioned sooner then later... https://invst.ly/tw225
