Anyone wants to risk a bet on the eventual number of sick people? Dead people?

An injection that can turn one gay? Sounds like the old grade school joke about "Homo Bromo." "Take Homo Bromo and wake up feeling yourself!"

I got the virus from eating flied lice.
2110   Patrick   2021 Feb 25, 6:59pm

I feel like screaming in public: "There has not been one documented case of casual transmission outdoors anywhere in the world! Take off the fucking masks you idiots!"

But it's too long, even if it's true.

How can I make it shorter?
2111   NoYes   2021 Feb 25, 7:11pm

Exactly...the homeless are not getting it.
2112   Patrick   2021 Feb 25, 7:13pm

Right, not even one case outdoors unless people were basically licking each other. Zero!

And we're all supposed to wear masks outdoors?

Why, exactly?
2113   NoYes   2021 Feb 25, 7:26pm

I know....I like to walk near the Ocean to exercise. I never wear a mask. Never got the virus. But people walk by me with masks on.. and look at me... I look at them...but I can't recognize them... do they know me? What planet am I on?

I can see those years in the gulag did you no good at all.
2115   NoYes   2021 Feb 25, 7:37pm

Yeah... I bribed the guards with Biden mail in ballots to fill out... and got special treatments.

Sometimes when someone looks at me, I say it:

There is not been even one documented casual outdoor transmission. Not one, anywhere on earth. Why are you wearing a mask?

If it's a Karen, she usually shrieks something unintelligible and runs away, perhaps in tears, horrified that someone might upset her carefully constructed sense of mask safety.

I love it.

Fauci is a fraud.

Actually you can be too safe. It's called not allowing your immune system to adapt. Next thing you know the common cold will be killing people because we didn't let the system work. They'll call it Coldvid and make us wear masks on every hole of our body.

Common cold is a coronavirus too, iirc.

Either way, it's all stupid. Texas lifted mask mandates and EO's for covid. Moving in the right direction. I've said it will be May/June when things are back to normal. Has nothing to do with the vaccine either. Given what is being manufactured and my network, I should know more than 4 people that have gotten the 2 shot version of this. No one wants it.

Yes, coronaviruses go through two "humps" and die off by May of the second year.

I'm not even talking scientifically, though I do believe you're correct from my absolutely minimal scientific knowledge. Not being a smart ass, I do think you're correct.

Covid-19 can be real, but the story is manufactured about what it is. I never thought the medical field would be manipulated like it has been, but it has. It's a minor virus. It doesn't kill kids or working adults. It's of almost no threat to anyone besides a small sliver of the population. No different than any virus.

The "story" got their candidate in. As Patrick has mentioned does anyone know someone personally that has died? It's all 2nd hand or some cousin you haven't talked to in a decade plus. That's not a "scary" pandemic by any means.

Even the official numbers bear this out. Look at your state data if it is online. For example, a Midwest state close to yours lists around 6500 deaths with the virus. About 75% of those who died were older than the average life expectancy in USA. No one wants to see anyone die a needless death, but is it really an emergency worthy of government intervention when a relatively small number of people who are living beyond average lifespans pass away? Also consider that the vast majority of even those who are older than average life expectancy who become infected, recover to lead a normal lifestyle for someone of their age. There is about an 88.2% survival rate over the age of 75, which is amazing considering most of us are likely to die of other/natural causes prior to age 75!

Everything you say is correct. Which is why it doesn't compute from the word go roughly this time last year. Nothing made sense from the beginning. It was first noticed Dec 2019 (supposedly) in a city the size of NYC in China. Only Wuhan got hammered in China, yet the rest of the world got hammered? A respiratory infection in a country with a high smoking rate and tons of pollution? 1.4B people? Meanwhile media has you believe that half of Italy and Spain died.

Call me a skeptic, but everything from the beginning was 100% questionable. Maybe it was the goal of some grand agenda, but I have zero faith in our government. I was positive on Trump and would vote for him again, but Covid was his biggest failure in overreacting. He handed the keys to the car to the guy that botched AIDS. The fact Fauci isn't in jail already is disappointing

I agree. Fauci, a big Hillary supporter, deliberately undermined Trump from the beginning, using the power of his office to corrupt both US politics and undermine the world economy.

Could Trump really not have known that Fauci was so corrupt?

Political theatre. Trump is still the villain in many eyes; the savior in others. The fact is he didn't do all the things he could have done and did things he should not have done.

Still, he's better than Biden.

Maybe the swamp was bigger than he realized? We all put a lot of faith in a lot of people to do the right thing. Most people don't is the reality.

You'd think in the medical realm it would be better. Hippocratic oath and all. Damn near a decade of training and education. There's now evidence that one of the most trusted realms of society, that your life depends on, is trash. I'd say there are less bad cops than bad doctors and scientists at this point. I've had more bad experiences with doctors over cops...

This. If you are one who wants to do the best for the country, it is hard to imagine the depth of the sellouts. You think others, at least those outside of direct politics, would have some greater interest than pure personal aggrandizement.
2140   Patrick   2021 Mar 3, 7:41pm

Yeah, the "vaccine" kills a lot of people, but think of the money to be made!
