Epstein was pretty clever about protecting himself. He thought that having pictures of powerful men fucking underage girls would protect him, but it also made him a target.

There is estimated about 240000 children in the sex trade in a given year. The Feds only arrest a few hundred for sex trafficing a year. Mostly it is local police that do the real work. They put away about 15000 pimps per year (they don't keep records of how many of these deal with children).

So her arrest hasn't done anything to the trade.
