I'm just glad I'm under 40 and mostly healthy. A touch heavy by 5-10lbs. I would not be called obese by anybody I guess is the point. There's not a reason for me to get the vax or fear covid. It's a statistical impossibility that I'd die from it basically. I'll die from something else before covid. So the vax is not necessary.

I don't understand why people don't get this. You're better off trimming weight and eating better in defense of covid. I'm down 20lbs after a fractured heel (no walking for 4 months) and am close to my goal weight. 10lbs puts me in a better range. Ideally another 20lbs total would be perfect for my build. I'm tall before anyone shits on these numbers seeming like a lot.

They can't make an experimental biologic agent mandatory until the FDA approves it. The emergency use authorization will expire when the pandemic ends or when they can find effective treatments.

I started reading science fiction in 5th grade when I discovered Bradbury. I read everything he wrote. I read most of the major SF writers and many obscure. I even tried to write my own. Here's the thing, if he's not gotten Covid, the Delta or next wave Epsilon (?) variant, then he's experiencing a poisoning based upon the Spiked protein showing up in his muscles, if it didn't spread out further onto other systems.

For that, the only hope to maintain an anti-inflammatory, blood thinning, and vasodilatory response to fight what the Spoke protein is doing. All my supplements (as a synergy) on my list above, help with this.

A few things to note, Allisure Allicin is the only fully converted Allicin. All the others in your local Vitamin Shoppe are garbage grinded garlic pills with little medicinal value unless you want to use them to flavor your Marinara sauce.

Then, if you supplement w/ Aspirin, realize it's an off patent pharma and has resulted in internal bleeding for ppl who overdo it. So for that, buy White Willow Bark, in addition to buffered aspirin, rotating between the two either every day or every other day. White Willow Bark is a natural salicin giving many of the same benefits of Aspirin but w/o the harshness to the internal organs.

And as for the super pill, Quercetin, realize it's not so bioavailable so you'll need to take with with some oily material like Flax Seed, Fish Oil, Olive Oil, etc, to get any meaningful amount of that 500 mg pill into your system. One of my guinea pigs actually cooked it with a chopped onion & olive oil to bind the sugars to it to make it more bioavailable.

3) to warn and inform people of whatever truth about the vax we discover.

50 and under, and in even below average health and Covid is a nothing burger. It's hard to even get it. Trust me, I've tried essentially with my travels. I'm going to a bar tonight to play volleyball and hang out inside and out. Headed up to Wisconsin tomorrow for a camping trip. Just got back from back to back Red Rock concerts with 9k people.

I trust that Rin has quality info and do take maybe 50% of what he suggests anyway, but at the end of the day don't be fat and unhealthy. If you're overweight/fat and continue to eat unhealthy food that's on you. Not sure that medicine or supplements will make all that much of a difference in a truly unhealthy person. The people dying were on the brink of doing it on their own before this pandemic.

my blood circulation (especially when i sleep/lay down) is terrible and I am experiencing high inflammation. Getting up in the morning is the worst, once I am up and running, stretch, walk, exercise etc. I am much better. I never, ever had something like this in my life. I am trying a non-inflammatory diet and take turmeric, ginger, vitamins and maintain a low carb high fat diet. I will read through Rin's list/posts to see if that helps as well.

I used to say jokingly...."not even Herpes yet"....believe it or not.....i got that too.....I have to laugh about it myself....thats what I get for making fun of it.

poor circulation. my hands and feet are stiff/swollen in the morning or when i lay down. i can barely move my fngers when i wake up. Once i get up, stretch, shower, I can move again. At the beginning my entire body was aching. The doctor said I have high inflammation but all my test results dont show any signs of being un-healthy. I went to 3 different doctors and nobody can tell me what is going on. Herpes on top of it. (still makes me giggle in disbelieve....)
At the beginning i felt super fatigued, like being 80 years old or so. I've since changed my diet and leave out sugar and eat barely any carbs. I feel slowly better but the inflammation and poor circulation is still an issue.

Since I wasnt overweight to begin with (I am super active) and had good vitals the doctors had no answer to where this is coming from. THey tested everything in the book on me. And then I got herpes too......none of this shit makes any sense unless its coming from the vaccine.

You likely already had the herpes virus dormant in your system, and this just triggered it which makes it seem like it's the vaccine that's causing problems. Definitely follow Rin's regimen and see if you can get your hands on Ivermectin since it has anti-inflammatory properties and allegedly cleans out viral RNA
