Forcing people to require vaccinations is well established public law, regardless to how much that is being abused now.
You couldn't get enrolled in kindergarten w/o vaccinations, for example. I know i couldn't. One of them was for smallpox (which they don't require now).

Those vaccines were tested for years and approved by the FDA (which may approve this one in spite of it's obvious lethality to tens of thousands at a minimum already).
And they were real vaccines, not genetic manipulation.
The Swine Flu vaccine was pulled off the market when it killed 25 people out of millions.
Why has the jab not been pulled off the market even when the corrupt CDC has to admit a minimum of 5,000 deaths from it in the US (probably 10x higher). Funny how one day they simply cut the deaths in half.

Agreed, those vaccines have been on the market for decades with excellent safety profiles. And you could get an exemption if necessary. It's comparing apples and oranges. Also kids in kindergardens have no concept of hygiene, they drool over each other etc. There are other safety and hygiene protocols in place specific for those environments, not just for viruses, also for bacteria, parasites etc. This is very different from preventing a grown adult to sit at a table in a restaurant or in their cubicle without taking a clot shot. Kids are never free like an adult citizen until they turn 18 (21) or emancipate from their parents earlier. The parent is the "caretaker" making the ultimate decision.
I agree with most of the sentiment expressed in this one. Making the unvaccinated second class citizens with additional hoops to jump through under the guise of "public health" cannot be constitutional. Sperate but equal is not equal. Having employers force people to be vaccinated or face termination, having reasturants or sporting evebta or concert halls or museums to validate vaccinations status... not in my America. He'll no.
Like the jab, hate the jab, ambivalent about the jab... this now falls under the "never let a good crisis go to waste" and the continuing erosion of our God given freedoms, including the freedom to be left alone.
