Forcing people to require vaccinations is well established public law, regardless to how much that is being abused now.
You couldn't get enrolled in kindergarten w/o vaccinations, for example. I know i couldn't. One of them was for smallpox (which they don't require now).
I agree with most of the sentiment expressed in this one. Making the unvaccinated second class citizens with additional hoops to jump through under the guise of "public health" cannot be constitutional. Sperate but equal is not equal. Having employers force people to be vaccinated or face termination, having reasturants or sporting evebta or concert halls or museums to validate vaccinations status... not in my America. He'll no.
Like the jab, hate the jab, ambivalent about the jab... this now falls under the "never let a good crisis go to waste" and the continuing erosion of our God given freedoms, including the freedom to be left alone.
