one time i got a spam email from supposedly my bank (but obviously fraud of course), i did the stupidest thing. I clicked the link and then filled out fake information for an hour hoping the bastard will keep trying to use fake information to login to no avail.

There are even some AI programs you can run on your email which will keep a conversation going to waste spammers' time.
And if you get a spam phone call, say "Just a moment..." and then walk away leaving them hanging.
But this is the all-time best site for wasting Nigerian spammers' time:

Get them to the point where you say you'll send the money if they "prove who they are" by doing something really stupid, taking a picture, and sending it to you, for example:
