It now appears to me, that for some reason, the Afghan Troops didn't know how to repair, service, arm, and fly the Blackhawk helicopters. But the advancing Taliban, seem to have made short work of it, and are now flying them just fine. Who in the hell have we been training over there since Obama came in office?

That type of bird takes extensive training, not just to fly but even for routine maintenance.

I don't know much about this part of the world or their history, but I wonder which afghans want sharia law under the taliban? Which afghans want more western, liberal rule, where women have rights, can vote, and not be a man's property?

It might be pretty well split across gender lines, with the men longing for the days when every women needed a man, guaranteeing every man an obedient wife. So, if true, women would want to oppose the taliban, and men dont. And, who is the one who needs to fight the taliban? - the same men who probably want them, which could be why they wont fight them.
