Some of my siblings are starting to point fingers as to who gave my parents the Covid. SMH

The one great thing about MJH’s very stupid story is that it brings a spotlight onto the FACT that not only can you get Covid after being fully vaccinated but it can be a bad case.
Problems with her story:
1)kids are not good vectors.
2)she chose to put her kids in a PRIVATE school which doesn’t have mask mandates. I also have a kid in a private school without mask mandates. But if I get Covid I won’t be blaming the kid or the school!
3)she admitted on her post that she’s been “careless” and been to Hollyweird parties. If all she got was Covid and not AIDS or herpes from that, she’s lucky.

She has outed herself as an extremely stupid and foolish person. But she did raise awareness that the clot shot won’t save you from Covid. So that’s good.

She's an actress, so probably hired to "deliver a message". Good chance she doesn't even have the fucking coof.

Many people will make an opposite conclusion: need to get even more vaxxed, i.e. get the "booster".

"COVID is now spreading more rapidly"

GOOD! New Viruses always become MORE virulent but LESS Deadly over time. The goal of the Virus is to reproduce and spread, NOT to kill hosts.

So far, both of my parents are alive and kicking. VERY tired and nauseous though. Mom will leave the hospital early next week say her doctors. All the medical industry has done so far for the both of them is, give IVs, aspirin, oxygen and antibiotics. I just got a text from my sister (the only sibling that thinks like me). She told me that the Dr. doesn't think mom has Covid pneumonia any longer.

Maybe a bit of ivermectin would help. You could ask your parents what they think of that.

All of that could have been given by an in-home care service. Plus you could have delivered better meds and supplements. This is a good lesson: don’t go to the hospital if you have Covid! They suck at curing it and will try to kill you if they can. Your chances of acquiring an opportunistic infection is at least 50%.
Don’t go to the hospital unless you’re tired of life.

Can you get oxygen outside of a hospital?

This is the best advise. All folks that I talk to in India, in their circles barely make it from hospitals. Some who made it dies off in weeks out of all random medicines given when they were alive. Rest is suffering from massive bills and side effects of medicine. Everything is snake-oil business. At least covid uncovered how corrupt the healthcare industry is.

When I go skiing in Colorado I buy oxygen in a can.

It really helps with altitude acclimation and gives you a little "boost" when you are being active. Oxygen is so light it is hard to tell how full the can is.

I saw these sold in Utah. $6 a can, iirc. You'll have to go through a shiload of these.

I never used (back when you could fly domestically without a "passport") more than a couple cans each trip. They really help with the altitude acclimatization.

Covid patients usually spend several days hooked up to a cylinder or concentrator. Come to think about it the latter should be available outside hospital settings. And oxygen cylinders are usually a part of first aid kit on diving boats, so they can be purchased too.

Puzzling. Sounds like you are being sold nearly empty cans. Oxygen weighs more than air as a whole (air being mostly nitrogen) so a full can of compressed oxygen should have at least the heft of a can of compressed air. I could certainly tell the difference in weight between full and empty O2 bottles we flew with, but they are about 10 times the size of those cans and at 300 psi. And unlike aviation oxygen, medical oxygen has water vapor (medical oxygen is likely what is in those cans).
