"The expansive rules mandate that all employers with more than 100 workers require them to be vaccinated or test for the virus weekly... The requirement for large companies to mandate vaccinations or weekly testing for employees will be enacted through a forthcoming rule from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration that carries penalties of $14,000 per violation, an administration official said."

Why don't the vaccinated need to be tested weekly? The vaccinated are just as likely to catch and spread Covid as any unvaxxed person.

Would everything have gotten this far if logic ruled?

This game has zero to do with a virus. We can try to use facts to wake people up, but I can't help but think the obvious factual flaws are on purpose to waste our time and energy.

Their going to try and force states to mandate shots for everyone in education.
They're threatening states who pass laws against government force.
They're trying to force schools to test kids who don't have the jab.
Pushing for the shot for under 12.

For how long, and at what cost? Someone from France or Italy posted about this, and for them the weekly cost was unaffordable.

Covered by health insurance (if provided). More than $50 though. Could be as high as $450 per person per test.

$20,000,000+ per year?

Yes, we can fake the results or even the shot, for now. But this is just a stall until they roll out the jail cards.. er "health" passports. No more half measures. If we want this to stop, we have to stop giving in.

No masks.

No disclosure of personal medical information.

No shot.

No test.

It's not always riff raff. Many teams and product lines in my co. would cease to exist, you cannot hire replacements for highly specialized tech jobs

My mistake - it should just be "Fire the fuckers".

Some guy on Patriots.win was saying he works with some old but very prevalent protocol in programming infrastructure, made over $100k/year, and the stupid company fired him to save their Government (CA/Fed) contracts. He intends to do the old "Remind them weekly he's available for 4x his old salary in hourly equivalent (plus added costs for independent health insurance, vehicle wear and tear..."

As I understand ins companies are compensated by the gubmint for the covid tests and jabs. Hence no co-pays or deductibles - they are getting 100% of their money from the taxpayer.

The unvaccinated are the whippng boy for ineffective policy and over-hyped expectations.

We will always have COVID with us and we will always have the unvacinated. BINGO! That is why policy did not work. Won't stop until 99% of the population is continually receiving newer and newer boosters. The next one should do it. Serious. If not, it is because of the unvaccinated criminals!

I'm wondering when more people will be signing up to a militia instead of the national guard or military?

I give it a few years. Nobody signed up for the national guard to drive a bus because a person refused to take an experimental injection that clearly doesn't work and isn't effective.

Yes, and finding enough school bus drivers was hard even before the jab requirement. Fun fact - in many districts, a convicted pedophile cannot drive a cab, but can drive a school bus.

Agree on all points.

Only one I'll fudge on is testing for travel. While they're territories of the US, I love the USVI. Gotta get tested and will in October. Fortunately CVS pharmacy workers give zero shits about HOW you take the test. Might be my nuts this time. They don't watch at my location. Which is why/how I've discovered this whole "pandemic" is a fucking joke outside of those that are elderly.

I will cancel travel though if they come out with a domestic vaccine passport. I'm not taking the fastest to market vaccine in US history. That seemingly has broad side effects that have delayed other vaccines for years and even a decade yet this one(s) get EUA.

Still Pfister wants to have the clot shot approved for kids all ages by end of year, so they can "safely go to school". Fucking asshoes! Rat bastards! This fight is not over. Does anyone really still believe there is a pandemic? School has been in session now for over a month and we had one or two positive covid tests among hundreds of kids. There is no spoon and there is no pandemic!

We've had 10 or so positive in a district of 700ish and maybe 80-90 staff so far this school year. We're close to 2% positive I believe since the start of the school year in early August. I know the math doesn't add up, but that's what I've read in the emails every time they find a positive case.

So let us unbox this. 10 people got Covid that 10 people will survive from, from a 2% sample size. The horror. Math doesn't lie except for above when I don't have exact numbers. Put plainly, no one has died in our school district since covid started and over 100 people have gotten it. It is not dangerous to students or teachers. As a science study they should take the fucking masks off and see if cases rise.

My son is running for elementary school student counsel president. If he wins, on his own, he'll push to remove the masks. 100%. The kids are done with this bull shit.

They are on to that trick as the IRS and Labor Department have rules that apply to numbers of employees as well. They do not just look at nominal companies, they look at ownership.

The odds aren't good either way. The school secretary has a daughter that is in his class/age running. The principle isn't bad, but really is hands off with stuff like this. Secretary is a lifetime townie. We're partial townies, not born or raised here, but long time residents. I wouldn't be shocked if shady shit happens.

At the same time if my kid loses it's a lesson or teaching moment. The other kid is a girl, but there are more boys in the voting pool. We'll see. I have no emotion either way. As long as he tries(d) his best, which I think he is, it is what it is. He hates the mask mandates though as do most the boys. He's stubborn too. So I'm not sure he'd let it go even if the principle got involved. No parent where we're at wears masks, yet we are forced to have our kids do it. Fucked up. Kids aren't blind or dumb.

From all of your comments, it seems as though you are a person of means. Why aren't you homeschooling your children? I'm sure you could get a couple other families together and steal one of the teachers to homeschool a small class.

If you want to help your kid’s campaign, rent an ice cream machine or cater an ice cream truck to park in the parking lot at release time and give free ice cream to the students. With a big “Vote Junior!” banner of course. Kids are easy to win over with ice cream. And it will be super satisfying to one-up the connected bitch!

Not sure. Socialization is a huge thing for us. I'm a pretty decent introvert and my wife is an extreme extrovert. It has caused tension before within our relationship, but we trust each other. I've slowly learned that not being outgoing is a flaw. So homeschooling is a bit of a difficult thing to grasp for me.

Homeschooling can happen and be successful, so not knocking it. I have a few liberal tendencies with one just being diversity of who you know. Not discussing diversity, but know different types of people. Homeschooling is not a great fit for that. Just did my oldest kid's birthday party with 12 other boys. While stressful for me watching these fuckers, I don't think my son would be who he is without his peers. Small town and class sizes are tiny, but those boys had an f'ing blast. Many moments of entertainment. You could see the friendships.

Shaman says

I'll motivate and support, but it is his gig. He can figure out how to win. I've made suggestions, but I'm not doing shit personally for it. If he figures out how to win, great. If he loses, he's gonna learn to lose. All kids will lose at something in life. It's better for them to understand how they can have done it better. Basically I'm a non-believer in trophy's for everyone. You win or lose. Win or lose, do it graciously and figure out the problem or if you won, figure out how to get better.
