It is utter insanity to mass inject experimental drugs into children for a disease which is less likely to kill them than getting hit by lightning.
Anyone advocating jabbing children is evil.
A couple of weeks ago Pfizer announced promising results for 5-11 year olds. It included a new GMT for 16-25 year olds (1146.5). I became curious about this as the CDC data for 12-15 year olds had previously showed Immunobridging data comparing geometric mean antibody titers (GMT) in 12-15-year-olds to those in 16-25 year-olds, for whom clinical efficacy was previously established, were provided in support of efficacy. The geometric mean ratio (GMR) for antibodies in 12–15-year-olds compared to 16–25-year-olds was 1.76 (95% CI:1.47, 2.10), and met the noninferiority criteria. This is based on the GMT of 705.1 for 16-25 year olds from this study Safety, Immunogenicity, and Efficacy of the BNT162b2 Covid-19 Vaccine in Adolescents. This suggested (at least to me) that the dosing for 12-15 year olds may be off. The newly announced GMT of 1146.5 (for 16-25 year olds) make...
I don't recognize this state anymore that grew up on punk rock, ska, metal, hippie shit and a healthy dose of do-it-yourself anarchy.
Geometric Mean Titer (GMT)
Under 5 in Phase 2/3 (3 mcg dose)
5-11 year old: 1,197.6 (10 mcg dose)
12-14 years old: 1,239.5 (30 mcg dose)
16-25 years old: 1,146.5 (30 mcg dose) or 705.1
I still think the dosing is likely wrong for 12-15 year olds and it should be in the 20 mcg range. I'm guessing this is why the UK is only doing one shot (for now) for minors. I think it is unlikely that the FDA ever grants full Approval for 12-15 year olds and more more likely it remains under the EUA. Anyone (DR6 or others?) want to weigh in on the changing GMT issue for 16-25 year olds? Has anyone seen the GMT discussed elsewhere?
