I think it was malpractice that the Defense didn't show some of the videos of the violence going on in Kenosha on that day.
Them bringing their guns had everything to do with the violence on the news and on Youtube at the time.

So they could prove, that the 10 pixels the prosecutor wanted to enhance shared missing pixels with background detail and even Kyles body itself. They allowed the Prosecution to make the objection about pixel color changing or being added. When in reality it was about missing pixels and why they should have stayed missing. It's actually gonna be above average tomorrow temp wise early in the day. After late tomorrow afternoon though the temps are gonna drop below average. I also don't know rioters, so not sure how much temperature moves the needle. BLM is kind of a non-issue in all this anyway. No blacks were shot by Kyle. Antifa would be the only logical presence. White people are generally okay with cold weather if need be. I can't see there being any drama either way.

But that Twitter thread is very telling on the Liberal psyche at this point. Their base is so fed up with them, they don't even troll the truthful news when it's reported with feelz and lies. Every reply from what I can see is in support of Kyle and the truth in Justice.

They just went home for the day, they requested to take the jury instructions home, both sides did not object. Judge allowed it.
My worry is, they are going to debate the case with people in their home or that they know.

That never came up. They did agree no notes, but the Judge said, notes on the instructions are OK.
