Fat Paradox: The healthiest people are Overweight, which for a 5'10 Male means 15-30lb over ideal. Think around 18-23% BMI.
Danger to health really only begins at Obesity I for Females, and Obesity II for Males.
Obesity II for a 5'10" male meaning over ~200lb or 30+ BMI.
HeadSet saysWow, someone actually found a way to make kale taste better.
Sautee in Beef or Bacon fat and Garlic the shit out of it. Also works for Asparagus (Dark Green = done; when it turns several shades darker than when you put it in, approx 2-3 minutes in an already medium hot pan)
I take a shower after every shit.
the problem with being thin
Look, losing weight is easy. Changing your eating habits permanently so the weight doesn’t come right back is hard.
I don’t recommend yo-yo dieting. It ruins your metabolism and puts stress on your organs.
Pretty sure "Cat Pause" is a joke name, for a joke meme on April 1st.

I've been intermittent fasting for nearly 3 years now. Lost 25 pounds and have been holding steady around 190 at 6'2". I stop eating/drinking at 9:00PM and don't eat again until lunch at 1:00PM the next day. Basically I just skip breakfast and get a window of 16-18 hours of not eating. I skip some days if I am out late or we have a killer breakfast.
I find it super easy and still eat a ton of carbs and drink IPA's.

Holding steady just above 220 at 6'7.
Some 'fat' people are incredibly strong. There do seem to be a group that are genetically cursed.

Fuck you ;) 220 at 6'3"... If I was in the dating game I'd get down to 195-200lbs, but I don't feel unhealthy or look fat for my build so I say fuck it. My BP is way down from two years ago without meds. Rarely work out. Eat what I want.
As Shaman says above, portion control is massively important. Especially if you're out to eat a lot or even when cooking for yourself/family. Fuck the money, stop when you feel full. Just did that yesterday. Massive bowl of a Mexican pork soup. I had maybe 1/3 of it and asked them to pack it up for me. I got full and stopped eating. Also, when eating out at restaurants, order food you can have as leftovers that reheats well. That way you don't feel guilty about not finishing. It's why I've stopped eating burgers. Portions when going out are fucking insane now. Even healthy recipes when cooking at ...

You mean Samoans? Only some I can think of
Strongest guy I knew was Samoan.

Last night I had a nice salad and deep fried some shrimp and scallops in peanut oil.
Ever tried steamed shrimp in a double boiler? I do that with Carolina shrimp and it is awesome. No Old Bay, butter, or anything else needed. Tons of flavor.

PLUS size? More like octuple plus size. I bet she's dead before 50. Wouldn't be at all surprised if she was dead before 40.
