Even now Donetsk and Lugansk are practically intact, becuse Ukrainian army didn't storm and level them in the manner Russian military is now storming and leveling other Ukrainian cities. Ask Gonzalo Lira* to go and film Donetsk and Lugansk and then do the same in Mariupol (because all the available footage of completely leveled Mariupol is CGI for you).
