That number includes (and is mostly comprised of) Ukrainian military personell KIA repelling Russian attacks for 8 years. The stuff you declared as allegedly happening - bombings of Ukrainian cities by Ukrainian army - did not happen. Even now Donetsk and Lugansk are practically intact, becuse Ukrainian army didn't storm and level them in the manner Russian military is now storming and leveling other Ukrainian cities. It's a pure Russian projection. Ask Gonzalo Lira* to go and film Donetsk and Lugansk and then do the same in Mariupol (because all the available footage of completely leveled Mariupol is CGI for you). Ask him to confirm the state of services like electricity, water and gas in Donetsk and Lugansk (working w/o interruption for 8 years) and Mariupol (completely gone).
