Nanoparticles are just very small particles which can penetrate more areas inside the body. By themselves they are harmless, it depends on what they are loaded with and how many. Novavax contains spike protein nanopartices (harvested virus-like particles). The main and only issue is that you will be injected with harmful spike proteins, similar to a covid infection (which is usually localized around the respiratory tract). Nobody should need a vaccine for this disease unless vulnerable, but nanoparticles themselves are not the problem.
