Did You Know the Supreme Court Will Finally Hear a Case This Fall on Election Law — Something They Punted on Back in December 2020?

Texas argued these four states violated the US Constitution because they made changes to voting rules and procedures through the courts or executive actions. But these states did not make the changes through the state legislatures as spelled out in the US Constitution.

At the time Justice Clarence Thomas argued in dissent that the Court failed to provide clear rules for future elections.

Thomas was right. His closing money quote is:

“One wonders what the Court waits for. We failed to settle this dispute before the election, and thus provide clear rules. Now we again fail to provide clear rules for future elections. The decision to leave election law hidden beneath a shroud of doubt is baffling. By doing nothing, we invite further confusion and erosion of voter confidence. Our fellow citizens deserve better and expect more of us. I respectfully dissent,” Thomas wrote on Monday…
…For more than a century, this Court has recognized that the Constitution operates as a limitation upon the State in respect of any attempt to circumscribe the legislative power to regulate federal elections,” he continued, quoting Supreme Court precedent. “Because the Federal Constitution, not state constitutions, gives state legislatures authority to regulate federal elections, petitioners presented a strong argument that the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s decision violated the Constitution by overriding the clearly expressed intent of the legislature.”
“But elections enable self-governance only when they include processes that give citizens (including the losing candidates and their supporters) confidence in the fairness of the election,” Thomas added, quoting a recent Supreme Court case that held, “Confidence in the integrity of our electoral processes is essential to the functioning of our participatory democracy.”
“Unclear rules threaten to undermine this system. They sow confusion and ultimately dampen confidence in the integrity and fairness of elections,” he explained. “To prevent confusion, we have thus repeatedly — although not as consistently as we should — blocked rule changes made by courts close to an election.”

Most Americans assumed that was the end of the 2020 election legal challenges. But that is not the case. One case will be argued before the US Supreme Court this fall that could change this formula.

The US Constitution’s “Elections Clause,” Article I, Sec. 4 states:

“The Times, Places, and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of choosing Senators.”

Maybe all the attention on the ongoing fraudulent elections caused the Democratic fraud machine to back off in this case.

FBI Raid On Trump Confirms The Security State Picks Who Americans Are Allowed To Vote For

No wonder Democrats keep bleating loudly about “our democracy” — they know we don’t live in one presently. And this FBI raid is going to make a lot more people aware of it.

The FBI made an unannounced raid on the private home of a former U.S. president Monday night, authorized by a U.S. attorney general whom that president had denied a lifetime appointment to the U.S. Supreme Court. The raid happened as the former president publicly mulled another election bid, and amid growing FBI interference in state elections.

The raid has provided needed clarity to Republicans who have participated in, presided over, and failed to bring accountability for perhaps the biggest security state hoax in American history, known as Spygate. In that operation, Obama administration officials colluded to frame and hijack the incoming opposition presidency using fabricated evidence, lies to secret security courts, media propaganda operations, and breaking numerous laws as well as the public trust.

They framed a president and got away with it. Now they’re raiding a president. It won’t stop there if they get away with it again. If Republicans don’t end this, they’re all next.

Evidence has come out that this was not the only instance of unelected spy and military officials working to void elections by preventing their supposed commander-in-chief from exercising his legal authority over them. Plenty of evidence indicates Democrats’ investigation into the one riot perpetrated among supporters of their top political opponent (amid thousands perpetrated by their own supporters that went uninvestigated) is not an investigation but a coverup.

Was 2020 stolen? It’s deeper than that.

On July 8, the Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled that ballot harvesting and the use of unsupervised ballot boxes is not consistent with the statutes governing Wisconsin election law and must be discontinued. The decision in Teigen and Thom v. Wisconsin Election Commission represents the latest skirmish in the national debate over election integrity versus ballot access. It also represents further evidence that a backlash against the exercise of extraordinary powers justified by COVID is well underway.

Information was released that True the Vote many months ago stumbled upon a server in China which True the Vote says holds a great deal of personal information on 1.8 million U.S. election workers. The data was brought to the FBI which has so far done nothing with it.

Democrat Operatives Control Voter Rolls in 31 States
A system developed by a rabidly partisan Dem is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of voter rolls in a majority of states.

Imagine being a Republican governor and allowing a system created by a hyper-partisan Democrat to manage your state’s voter rolls. No one — especially not in today’s deeply suspect voting environment — could be that stupid, right?

Wrong.

As The Federalist’s Victoria Marshall reports, “A prominent voter-roll management system used by 31 states and the District of Columbia has politically compromised ties, according to a new report by independent research group Verity Vote.”

What could go wrong, huh? Especially in states like Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.

Notice the inclusion of three particular states within the above list: Arizona, Georgia, and Wisconsin. And recall that the 2020 presidential election was decided by a combined razor-thin 43,000 votes in those three states.

ALERT: Nevada Will Likely Mail November 2022 Ballots
to Thousands of Ineligible Voters

Watchdog group claims over 40,000 who have moved out of state or likely died could be mailed Nevada ballots, opening the door to election crimes.

August 15, 2022 - Reno, Nevada. – Election Integrity Project® Nevada, LLC (EIPNv) today reported that it has submitted voter registration irregularities to the county clerks and registrars of all 17 Nevada counties. The irregularities, which include relocated, deceased, and duplicated registrants as well as those with missing legal names, were identified using the June 6, 2022 official state voter list and other related government databases. EIPNv summarized its findings by county and by congressional, senate and assembly districts.

Since 2020, Nevada has routinely mailed ballots to all 1.8 million Active-status registrants. Such election practice requires not only up-to-date, accurate voter lists, but also strict standards for signature verification and well-trained election staffs. Yet over 40,000 questionably eligible registrants are on the “Active” list and will be mailed 2022 ballots that could end up at incorrect addresses and “voted” by persons of ill intent.

18,667 registrants have a government record indicating they have moved permanently out of state in the past four years, yet they remain in “Active status” in Nevada.
21,845 registrants have not voted or updated their registrations in 10+ years. It is reasonable to conclude they have likely moved or died, yet they inexplicably remain in “Active status.”
Election officials claim that the verification of voter signatures on mail ballot envelopes is a reliable and effective safeguard to prevent fraudulent voting. But, a November 12, 2020 Las Vegas Review-Journal article reported on a journalist’s test where eight of nine mail ballots with incorrect signatures were accepted and counted by Clark County in the 2020 election. The article concluded that “…signature verification isn’t the fail-safe security check elections officials made it out to be.”

“Mailing ballots to persons who have likely moved or died opens the door to election crime, especially if signature verification is not a sufficient safeguard,” said Judy Moss of EIPNv. “Nevadans receiving ballots for people not living at their address also lose confidence in elections. We are hopeful the counties will remove the ineligible registrations, so they are not mailed ballots for the upcoming election.”

Interested candidates, legislators and officials of all parties are invited to contact Judy Moss to request detailed EIPNv findings for their specific political districts. They can also request the findings files directly from their respective county clerks and registrars.

Kari Lake was down 10+ points from the early vote, and ended up winning by 2.8 points. Harriet Hageman was up 10 points early, and the margin widened to nearly 40 points. These trends show the early vote is leaning in favor of the establishment candidates, but the in-person voters are HEAVILY in favor of America First candidates. ...

What scientific explanation can there be for there being such a wide variance between the mail-in and in-person vote? In a General Election, DNC voters are more likely to be afraid to vote in-person, so the variance could plausibly be much higher between DNC and GOP, due to the political ideology between the two bases. But in Primary Elections, the absolute highest variance between mail-in and in-person should be around 3%.

The fact that the discrepancies are so significantly outside the norms, and repeatedly to the detriment of Trump-backed candidates, it CONFIRMS the mail-in vote is being manipulated, specifically by enemies of Trump, i.e. the Deep State.

Despite the mathematical certainty of voter fraud in favor of the Deep State, America First are STILL dominating, and GOP total turnout has dwarfed the DNC, indicating that the General Elections will see a massive Red Wave. This has the Left terrified, as the American People have sided with Trump, once again.

Folks, today marks the end of the establishment GOP. This is not your father’s Republican Party anymore. This is the America First Party.
